Baraka Hinzano
This week, we shine a light on Baraka Hinzano, a determined 23-year-old living with disability. Baraka successfully completed his secondary education through Learn! Foundation support.
Currently enrolled in the Lamento Program, Baraka is pursuing a course in welding at Mdzongoloni Polytechnic and is on track to graduate by the end of the year. During a recent school meeting, the Learn! Foundation team was pleased to see his impressive progress and commitment to mastering a trade that will empower him economically.
Looking ahead, Baraka plans to either seek employment or start his own business.
He shares, “Learn! Foundation has been like a guardian to me over the years. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to live a normal life despite being abled differently.”
