ANBI, CBF, STATUTES

Learn! Foundation has ANBI status. In concrete terms, this means that there are tax deductions! We are therefore a recognized 'public benefit institution'. You can of course find all information about this on the website of the Tax Authorities.

About reporting / ANBI

The Dutch government implements a fiscal policy that encourages the donation of funds to causes that advance the 'Common Good'. Apart from granting tax advantages for the Learn! Foundation, the ANBI status also favors our donors who have made a donation, may be able to deduct the amount from taxable income. Part of the ANBI status is that Dutch law requires all NGO to publish about it's structure and results.

Central Bureau of Fundraising - CBF

Learn! Foundation has received recognition from the CBF as of March 1, 2017 and have been given a place in the Register of Good Causes.
We are very proud of this. For all backgrounds, the how and why and the importance of the CBF recognition: please continue reading on this page. The CBF is an independent foundation which has been monitoring fundraising by charities since 1925. The CBF's task is to promote trustworthy fundraising and expenditure by reviewing fundraising organizations and giving information and advice to government institutions and the public. When a charity has been recognized as a charity by the CBF, you can trust that the organization has been closely reviewed.

Partin

Of course we are a member of the trade association for the private initiative Partin. This foundation serves the interests of charities such as Learn! Foundation. They say themselves: 'Partin gives private initiatives a voice in discussions about development cooperation and represents their interests.'
